I needed an extra smoke detector at short notice which was compatible with what I had ordered 6 months previously.
I rang and spoke to Christian who looked up exactly what detector I needed and express posted it to me immediately to ensure I received it the next day. He even rang me back to tell me when it was on the way. This level of customer service is very rare. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.
